3# Walking Beam Type Heating Furnace Project of Tangshan Wenfenghou Plate Factory

The 3# Walking Beam Heating Furnace Project of Tangshan Wenhuifeng Plate Factory, built by Shanghai Xuanding, was ignited on July 31, 2020 and successfully put into production on August 15;

This project is cold-packed rated output: 130t/h (standard billet, plain carbon steel)

Maximum output of hot charging: 150 t/h (standard billet, plain carbon steel, hot charging ≥500℃)

Specifications of continuous casting billet: thickness (200～400)×width (1600～2400)×length (2400～4000)

Standard blank: thickness 400×width 2200×length 3800

The blast furnace gas and air double regenerative combustion method is adopted. The steel loading and tapping method is that the steel loader is loaded in, and the tapping machine is pulled out. Single/double row material is adopted, and the support beam adopts the vaporization cooling method.

At the same time, the project is equipped with a heating furnace gas backflushing system, and a four-way valve integrating reversing and backflushing is used;
