The 110T/H strip heating furnace project of Yunnan Muguang Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., which was contracted and constructed by Shanghai Xuanding, was successfully put into operation in August 2018;

This project is a blast furnace gas double regenerative heating furnace project. In the engineering design, special consideration is given to the special local environment in Yunnan, and the targeted selection of equipment and facilities such as fans is carried out;

At the same time, a targeted and perfect design has been carried out in many aspects such as the structure of the regenerative burner, the load of the regenerative body, and the sealing performance of the reversing valve;

After the project is put into operation, it has achieved ideal results in terms of output, unit consumption, oxidation burning loss, etc.;
